If the buyer believes that www.tallise.lt has violated their rights or has improperly fulfilled the purchase agreement, they must first contact the seller in writing by e-mail at info@tallise.lt or by telephone on +370 655 14498 and state their claim.
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If a dispute between the buyer and the seller cannot be resolved amicably, the buyer has the right to submit a request to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (SCRPA) via the Electronic Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform:
